How To Create Log Reports
Windows
On Windows, a log report can be created by pressing Ctrl and F12. The log will open automatically in the text editor.
iOS
Open extended option menu with a LongPress (5-10 seconds) on the action menu. This will give you the additional option Activate Debug Log . Select this action and carry out the process you want to log and then return to the main menu. Open the extended option menu again and the option will be available. This log can then be saved in the file manager and sent to Anveo.
Android
In Android there are two ways to create the log.
Via Main Menu
Open extended option menu with a LongPress (5-10 seconds) on the action menu. This will give you the additional option Show Log Report, which opens the log of the previous actions.
Via Login Screen
Select this option if the error appears prior to accessing the main menu.
Click the Anveo Logo (or the logo stored in the user’s main menu) on the login screen approx. 10 times. A notification with the name Click Here to create a crashReport will appear in the notification menu to start logging. Then execute the process you want to log and afterwards click the notification from the notification menu. This will terminate the app. Next time you start the app, you will be asked if you want to send a crash report. Confirm this to send the crash report including the log to Anveo.
