Anveo Client Suite Order Form

You may use the “Anveo Client Suite Order Form” to easily place your Anveo product order. Please fill-out this document and sent it to [email protected].

Microsoft Dynamics License No.

Each Anveo Mobile App and Anveo Web Portal license is bound to one Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV license number. This number is also called or was previously called Microsoft Dynamics Serial Number, VOICE-Number or Partner Source Business Account No. Without this number, Anveo cannot create a license.

Company Name Filter

Beside the Microsoft Dynamics License Number, Anveo Client Suite requires a Company Name Filter. Please find more information about this requirement in the documentation section.

Administrative Contact

If not already set-up, for each order, we need a contact person who is responsible for receiving invoices after placing an order. Please provide contact name and email address. This may also be a special email address like “Invoices@…”. You may provide multiple contacts.

License Contact

The license contact is the name and email address we automatically send the licenses to. After processing the order, we automatically send out a temporary license that is valid for 40 days. The final license will be send out after we have received payment.
