The Basic User Interface
When logging into the MFT platform you’ll see a dashboard of the number of transmissions.
You’ll also have access to the details of the following message boxes:
Files in the inbox are sent by external entities to our platform and are ready to be fetched by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. These messages have not yet been received by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This box should normally only held messaged temporarily.
This message box stores the messages that have been received and transferred to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The outbox stores the messages that have been sent from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Anveo Managed File Transfer, but have not yet been transferred to the partner. Sending the message can take a few minutes, if there are older messages this indicates errors in the send process.
This box stores all the messages that have been successfully sent to the partner.
