Manage Mobile Devices
During the first connection of a mobile device called initialization, all data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is sent to the Mobile App as defined in Synchronization Packages for the user. In all following synchronizations, only changes are exchanged between the device and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Details see here.
In the list of mobile devices, you can see all devices that are initialized for the Anveo User.
If you delete a mobile device in this list, the user cannot synchronize data with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central any more. Furthermore, you can have a detailed look at all incoming and outgoing messages.
Field Anveo User Device ID is identical by Anveo User and device. Field Device ID is identical by every physical device.
The value Device ID might be identical for virtual machines like Android emulators. This means, you cannot identify different instances of virtual machines.
